The position avail be on our property is to undertake and manage all of the farm duties are are required on a mixed crop farm. Your role is to ensure that farm work and maintenance programs are carried out in a timely manner and to our high standards. Duties include general farm work, tractor operation, development of new crops, hot house management, knowledge of harvesting techniques, experience with staff management and time management, experience with chemical usage to maintain and eradicate pests and diseases, adherence to workplace health and safety standards.
