Web based Taxi Shift Report/Expence/Roster/Invoice and reporting system - .NET for Web HTML MySQL Administration PHP in COFFS HARBOUR, New South Wales

My client is a taxi operator with a current fleet of 7 taxis (and growing). He is looking for a way to reduce his time spent doing paper work and increase compliancy and would like a web based system. The requirements are as follows: 1. The taxi drivers log in and input their shift details, including kilometres, expense (ie, fuel) and income. The income can come from various sources, each with their own reporting requirements, eg, Government accounts. At the end, there will be a summary and breakdown of how much money the driver receives and how much the operator receives 2. The taxi operator wants to be able to create roster for all vehicles. He wants to be able to view the roster in a graphical format that easily allows him to identify gaps, where a car is not on the road. He also wants to ensure that a car is not rostered out to 2 drivers at the same time. Each driver should be able to see their roster and no one else's 3. The operator wants to be able to create various accounts to keep track of account work. This will be used in part 1 for the drivers to report their incomes against, as well as produce invoices for payment 4. When the operator creates new taxi driver accounts, various details on the driver must be stored, eg, Drivers Licence number and expiry date 5. The operator wants to be able to put in business expenses, under various categories, eg, Fuel, Advertising, Phones etc... 6. All income and expenses must allow for Australian GST for reporting purposes. Inputs will be made incGST (including GST) and then the GST component and exGST (excluding GST) amounts programically worked out. The GST is currently 10%, however this should be a variable to future proof. Eg, if an expense is $11 GST is $1 and exGST is $10. 7. The operator wants to be able to view and modify each drivers shift reports, however the driver should not be able to modify (only view) after its submitted. 8. The operator wants a summary of income and expenses on a report, as well as a P&L statement. 9. The operator wants the ability to run ad-hoc reports to find out things like mileage etc. 10. There should be an ability to add new taxis, as well as details, such as service intervals etc 11. The operator wants various alerts to be setup (or preferably a module where he can set them up as required), so he can be alerted if a shift report is not submitted within x period of time since a driver was rostered, when a drivers' drivers licence expires, when a vehicle is due for service etc. 12. There should be an ability to create invoices for drivers and accounts. Drivers can create their own however, when a item has been invoiced, another invoice can not be created for the same item 13. I would like to be able to put explanations against some items, eg, income having various reporting requirements, it would be helpful to explain to the drivers what each means 14. I am looking for a website, not a mobile app. The website should be branded (only basic, as its not for public use), have a professional look and feel and be easy for my customer to use 15. I am looking for someone who has done work with databases and websites before (and can show me some examples), if you have not, please do not submit a response.
